Why There's No Contact Form Here

You may have noticed this page is missing the usual form with the little boxes. That's on purpose. Car problems are conversations, not tickets. "It makes a noise" needs follow-up questions (what kind of noise? when? does it change with speed?), and a form can't ask them. A two minute phone call routinely saves two days of email tag.

So the whole system is one phone number: 720-796-7673. Call it or text it. A human deals with it either way.

What to Have Handy When You Call

None of this is required, but the more of it you know, the faster the call goes:

• Year, make, and model (a guess is fine)
• What the car is doing, or refusing to do
• Whether any warning lights are on, and whether they're steady or flashing
• Where the car is parked and what the space around it looks like
• How soon you need it moving again

Missing half of that? Call anyway. "White Honda, won't start, apartment lot off Colfax" has been the start of plenty of successful repairs.

When to Reach Us

We run weekdays. Morning calls have the best shot at same day service, and if you catch us mid job, leave a voicemail or send a text with your name and the symptom. Those get returned as soon as hands are clean, usually within the hour during the workday.

Evening or weekend breakdown? Text the details when it happens so you're first in the queue when the schedule opens.

A quick word about texting, since it's become half our phone traffic: photos help enormously. A picture of the dash lights, the leak on the garage floor, or the part that fell off (it happens) can turn a ten minute description into a ten second diagnosis. Snap it, send it, and add where the car is. We'll take it from there.

What Happens After You Hang Up

The call ends with three things settled: what the problem probably is, what the visit will cost, and when the truck arrives. If we quoted a window, we keep it or we call ahead, because sitting around wondering is its own kind of breakdown.

On arrival, the diagnosis gets confirmed before anything gets replaced. You hear the findings in plain words, see the figure in writing, and give the go ahead (or don't, that's allowed too, and the diagnostic findings are yours to keep either way). Then the work happens, the car gets road tested, and you're back to whatever your day was supposed to be.

No waiting room. No upsell speech. No mystery line items at the end. Just your car, fixed where it stood, and a number saved in your phone for the next time something rattles.
