Denver Proper, Every Corner of It

City calls make up most of our week. Capitol Hill and Cheesman Park, where the cars live on the street and the parking spot matters as much as the repair. Wash Park, Platt Park, and Baker. The Highlands, Berkeley, and Sunnyside. Five Points, City Park, Congress Park, Park Hill. Down south through University, Observatory Park, and Hampden. Out east through Central Park, Montbello, and Green Valley Ranch near the airport.

Don't see your neighborhood in that list? It's a big city and this isn't a complete map, it's a flavor. If you're inside Denver, assume yes and call.

The Close Suburbs

Aurora, Lakewood, Englewood, and Commerce City are regular territory, along with the smaller ones tucked in between: Glendale, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Sheridan, Mountain View. If your address touches Denver on a map, you're comfortably in range.

Further out gets a case-by-case answer. Sometimes the schedule allows a longer run, sometimes it doesn't, and we'd rather tell you the truth on the phone than promise a window we'll miss. Worst case, you'll get the name of someone closer who does good work. We know a few.

What Makes a Spot Workable

Wherever you are, the repair spot itself matters. We need room to open the hood and stand beside the car, permission for the vehicle to sit there while we work, and enough distance from moving traffic to keep everybody safe. Driveways are perfect. Apartment lots almost always work. Street spots usually do.

A car stuck blocking a lane or stranded on a highway shoulder is a different situation. Mention that first thing when you call, because safety changes the plan, and sometimes the right first move is getting the car to a calmer spot before anyone starts wrenching.

Where We Meet the Car Is Up to You

Here's a scheduling trick our regulars figured out: the car doesn't have to be at home. If you commute into downtown, the Tech Center, or anywhere with a parking space, we can meet the car at work while you're upstairs earning a living. The repair happens during business hours, approvals happen by text, and your evening stays yours.

The airport deserves its own line. If a trip out of DIA is coming up and the car has been acting weird, get it looked at the week before you fly, not the midnight you land. Long term parking in January is where marginal batteries go to die, and nobody enjoys discovering that with luggage in hand.

Same rule for college kids at DU or Regis with a car that won't start in the dorm lot, and for the in-laws' car that's been sitting in their driveway since fall. If it's parked somewhere reachable in the metro, it's fair game.
